The TreeForHope team in Congo

A quick visit to our office in the city.

Today we had a meeting at our organisation’s office. This is where the projects are planned, coordinated and evaluated. ‘THL’ stands for “Tree for Hope and Life”, our full name abbreviated. The abbreviation ‘asbl’ stands for ‘association sans but lucratif’, which in English corresponds to ‘non-profit organisation’. The colleagues reported on the individual projects and were bubbling over with ideas for new projects! I don’t even know where to start… 😄 We need to meet up again after our tour to Kitutu to continue thinking and prioritising.

I had the T-shirts printed in Germany and brought them with me.
‘Usikate tamaa – Endelea mbele!’ is Swahili and means ’Never give up – it always goes on!’

A big THANK YOU at this point to Julian and Kilian for the design and realisation! A bit of advertising at this point: If anyone needs good branding, a logo or a good website or wants something artistically designed – these two have been supporting us for a long time and are our first choice!
